Lawyers can be very expensive and, with traditional law firms charging by the hour, making legal advice, in most cases very costly indeed.

In 2025 we are launching Burlington Law for Consumers. Now you can elect to pay a simple monthly subscription fee, under which legal work for your business is free?

In essence Burlington Law Membership is designed to provide initial legal-advice, and if required legal representation, to ordinary members of the general public who for some reason unexpectedly find themselves having to engage with a lawyer on an issue which was hitherto unplanned, providing access to expert help without fear of the eventual cost.

Burlington Law is not intended to provide legal advice on such matters as Wills, Divorce or Property transactions, although Burlington Law Membership can provide fixed fee’s relating to these matters on request, thus removing the worry of on-going costs.

HERE’S WHAT WILL INCLUDED FOR YOUR £15 A MONTH.

1. This is a monthly subscription membership. You can log in and cancel at any time.
2. Burlington Law Personal Members must be 18 years or over.
3. Membership is only available to UK residents. NI residents are excluded.
4. Legal advice and subsequent representation not available for pre-existing legal cases.
5. Membership of Burlington Law does not cover divorce cases.
6. Burlington Law Personal Membership  is only available to private individuals and does not provide cover for commercial or business law. For business membership please enquire here.
7. Membership of Burlington Law is non-transferable.
8. Burlington Law Ltd.  reserves the right to refuse membership or to revoke membership, in the case of misuse.
9. Membership entitles the cardholder to free legal advice & legal representation by a fully qualified solicitor, in the member’s own district or area of the UK.
10. Membership entitles access to a KC (King’s Counsel) with each case being assessed prior to acceptance by Burlington Law Ltd.
11. Legal cases involving disputes between Burlington Law members, Burlington Law Ltd. reserves the right to arbitrate prior to any court action taking place.
12. Burlington Law personal membership subscription monthly fee is payable by Credit Card Debit.
13. Standard Burlington Law Membership entitles the member to legal action insurance to the maximum value of £250,000.
14. Additional cover relating to certain legal cases or issues are available with each case being assessed individually.
15. Monthly subscription fees continue, on a monthly bases , until cancelled by the member.
16. Any existing legal cases which are currently in process under Burlington Law membership monthly membership fees will continue until conclusion of the legal action, on behalf of the member.
